1. Custom Web Development Projects
Before Development Starts
If you cancel before work begins, your initial deposit (typically 50%) is refundable minus a 10% administration fee.
During Development (Active Project)
Once development begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable as engineering resources are committed. However, you receive:
- Full source code ownership
- All work completed to date
- Complete code documentation
After Completion
Once delivered and deployed, all payments are final. You own the website permanently including:
- Complete source code and documentation
- Transfer of all accounts and hosting
- 30 days of post-launch support
- Lifetime code access for modifications
2. Milestone Payment Refunds
Projects structured in payment milestones (design, development, testing, launch):
- Completed Milestone: Non-refundable; you own all deliverables
- In Progress: Refundable for unstarted work minus 20% admin fee
- Not Started: Full refund minus 15% admin fee
3. Booking Consultation
Initial 30-minute consultation is FREE. For paid consultations (60+ minutes):
- Cancel 48+ hours before: Full refund
- Cancel less than 48 hours: 50% refund
- Reschedule: Fee transfers automatically
4. Mentorship Program Refunds
One-on-one customized mentorship:
- First 7 days: Full refund, no questions
- After 1 month: Pro-rated refund minus 20% for materials
- After 3 months: Final. You have lifetime access to all materials
5. Digital Services (SEO, Optimization)
One-time services (SEO setup, speed optimization, redesign) are non-refundable once started. You receive:
- All deliverables and optimization reports
- 30-day post-delivery support
- Free additional support if results not achieved in 60 days
6. Payment Processing Fees
Processing fees from Flutterwave are non-refundable. Example:
- You paid: $1,000 + $30 fee = $1,030
- Refund issued: $1,000 (fee not refunded)
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Work already completed and delivered
- Projects delivered 30+ days ago
- Third-party purchases (hosting, SSL, domains)
- Consultation time already provided
- Material and resource costs incurred
- Refund requests 60+ days after completion
8. How to Request a Refund

- Include: Project name, invoice number, payment date
- Explain: What deliverable or timeline isn't meeting expectations
- We respond within 5 business days
9. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Flutterwave: 5–10 business days
- Bank transfer: 7–14 business days
- You receive confirmation email
